“(…) but I’m not photogenic…” – I hear it a lot!
Believe me, it doesn’t surprise me! Like many of you, I also get shy in front of the camera – and yes, a portrait photographer is saying it herself! After all, I’m not photogenic… But we wouldn’t be ourselves if we didn’t take chances and just go for it, would we? And such beauties are resulting from it! Just believe and LOVE yourself.

I can certainly put myself in your shoes. We all have moments of lack of confidence, courage and insecurity in our life, at work and relationships. Similarly to you, I am very harsh with myself, wishing I am few kilos lighter, slimmer and taller… But you know what… we are AMAZING no matter what!

I love seeing the transformation that a woman goes through during the portrait session with me! Form being shy, vulnerable, insecure to having a fun and feel BEAUTIFUL. And I do not mean a physical transformation (hair or make up) but the empowerment, self-esteem boost, letting go and giving a permission to accept who you really are, permission to feel good, to feel beautiful and enjoying the photo session process. A portrait experience where the result is not only a picture but it is a moment to express yourself.

What I love the most during the portrait photo session is seeing the person getting more and more comfortable in front of the camera. Really to the point where this strangely uncomfortable feeling disappears and simply turns into fun and truly enjoyable experience for both of us!

Connection is all in the eyes for me, it is that brief moment when they let you in even if it is just for a moment and you capture it! And I must admit, there is no better feeling than hearing my clients saying: "Wow! That was SO easy!" after the photo session is completed – I LOVE it!
