Love is in the air, can you feel it???
As the spring days are getting longer and warmer, I love taking beautiful couples outdoors for a relaxing and stress-free portrait photoshoot around Brighton and Hove Sussex area.
Whether it’s a sunset walk on the Brighton and Hove beach, lunch time stroll in the local park near you, forest or countryside in Sussex, I will be there with my camera capturing your energy as a couple: laughing, walking, hugging, kissing… simply just being together.
Don’t worry, I will never ask you to force any poses which could feel uncomfortable for you both.
Quite opposite.
When it comes to couple’s portrait photoshoots my approach is unique, when compared to other Brighton portrait photographers. Here’s how:
As an empath, INFJ personality, and experienced female portrait photographer, I will give you space to relax.
Together we will go for a gentle and relaxing walk in nature: me (your professional female portrait photographer), YOU (couple celebrating togetherness or engagement) and my camera (I am a Nikon girl).
I will give you time to get use to me, my energy and being in front of the camera. We will not rush on the day of photoshoot.
4. I am camera shy too, you are in good hands as I know that it might feel a little bit uncomfortable at the beginning of the photoshoot.
5. I will create a safe space so you can both be yourself, express yourself and show your love for one another in a way that feels natural and not forced or cheesy.
6. I will guide you on the day of the photoshoot so you both look relaxed and flattering on the final images.
7. I will keep the photo session simple, sometimes less is more. Rather than focusing on outfit changes I prefer you focus on each other so we can ignite beautiful emotions and connections.
That’s exactly what happened during Rachel & Kay’s portrait photoshoot. Rachel decided to book a 1 hour photoshoot with me to celebrate being together with Kay, getting engaged and planning a dream wedding in the near future.
We chose my favourite location for this couples photoshoot: Preston Park Rock garden in Brighton as it offers privacy and multiple backdrops.
